Design: designer on-site measurement, provide the general plan,  and elevation for each room

Decoration construction: construction and acceptance shall be carried out according to the plan confirmed by the landlord. This includes replacing fire doors  and waterproof lights

Furniture configuration and installation: determine furniture inventory and style, furniture purchase and installation

Other soft decoration services: refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle and other home appliances procurement; Carpet  replacement; Change curtains; Add smoke alarms

Rental booklet: Property Council contact information, emergency contact number, electrical certificate, energy grade certificate, related appliance instructions   

Lease Management:
